EOP: An Overview
Enhancing Organization Performance provides a greater understanding of the human operating system. By giving you a foundation for more effective communication—EOP shows how everything that does or doesn’t happen in business (and life) is a direct result of conversations—ones we have with ourselves and with others. You’ll learn to make distinctions about conversations, and you’ll gain tools for improving conversations, which will lead to an increased ability to influence people and inspire your organization.

What EOP Covers
Understanding the Human Operating System
One question is central to business and life. Why do people do what they do? We all have an operating system, and we’re all wired similar in how our nervous system functions and different in how we operate based on our specific history. By exploring key concepts such as historical listening frames and actions correlated with the occurring, you’ll get a deeper knowledge of the Human Operating System, and learn how you can stop repeating the past and create a new future and have others do the same.
The Action Paradigm
Think about what we do every day. We move our bodies, speak our minds, receive sensory data, and listen. Yes, you heard right, listening is an action; even conversations you have with yourself are an action. Did you know there’s no such thing as trust or morale? These are just descriptive words used to convey events happening within the action paradigm. After developing an ability to operate from the Action Paradigm, you’ll gain mastery over being able to positively change morale and build trust in others.
Enhanced Communications
Organizational success is due in large part to the ability of people to collaborate and work as a team. In Enhanced Communications, we bring the Conversation Wheel into the picture, and you will discover a new tool for driving efficient and productive conversations. By understanding how opinions, when spoken as truths aren’t useful, in an organization, you will discover how to present your views in a way that increases productivity and satisfaction. Through using Enhanced Communications, you’ll learn to guide and take part in conversations designed to create a future that isn’t simply the past repeated. For example, conversations that result in optimizing the organization as a whole vs. optimizing the parts.
